Questions? Good. You should have them.
You are about to connect an AI to your real ad accounts. Here is exactly how that works, what stays in your control, and what happens to your data.
Getting started
What is Mad Fish Elements?
Mad Fish Elements connects the AI you already use, like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, to your ad, reporting, and marketing platforms. Your AI can then read your real data, guide your decisions, and do the hands-on-keyboard work you approve: reports, campaign launches, keyword updates, and more.
Which AI assistants work with it?
Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini. If your AI tool supports MCP connections, it can likely connect to Elements too.
What does 'MCP' stand for?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is the open standard that lets AI assistants connect to outside tools safely. Think of it as the plug that fits your AI on one end and your marketing platforms on the other. Elements is that plug, built for marketers.
Which platforms can I connect?
Visit the Connector Catalog for the current list of live platforms and authentication methods. The catalog is generated from the connections available in the portal.
How long does setup take?
Most connections take minutes. You sign in through a secure OAuth screen or enter the credentials required by the platform. No code or engineering project is required.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can describe what you want in a sentence, you can use Elements. "Show me last month's Google Ads results" is a complete instruction.
Control and safety
Can my AI change my accounts without me knowing?
No. Your AI acts only with the permissions you set. You define the level of human review. Many teams start read-only, then allow approved changes as trust builds.
What are Read, Write, and Delete permissions?
You set them per person and connection. Read access can inspect data without changing it. Write access can create and edit. Delete access allows trusted users to remove supported resources. Administrators decide who holds each permission.
What happens if a change is wrong?
Every tool call lands in the audit trail, so you can see what ran, when it ran, and which user initiated it. Your configured permissions and approval process remain the control point, and you can adjust the source account directly at any time.
Is my data safe?
Your platform logins use per-user OAuth wherever the provider supports it, so teammates do not share passwords. Access is scoped by tenant, user, connection, and capability. Your data remains yours and is not resold.
Product and pricing
How is this different from a reporting dashboard?
A dashboard shows you what happened. The MCP Gateway also helps your AI explain why, suggest what to do, and perform the work you authorize. The Data Visualization add-on pairs with it for governed, shareable reports.
How much does it cost?
Plans combine a monthly platform fee with usage and managed-spend terms. Visit the pricing page for the current tiers, included seats, and usage limits.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Each person receives an individual seat, connection access, and permission level. Members can work within their grants, viewers can review their analytics, and administrators control the workspace.
Who makes Mad Fish Elements?
Mad Fish Digital, a Portland digital marketing agency with 20 years of client work behind it. Elements grew out of the workflows agency teams run every day — you get the tool an agency built for itself.
